LITE Plus is a longitudinal cohort study that will enroll 200 Black and Latina transgender women and follow them for two years. This study is looking at psychosocial measures of stigma, perceived stress, Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) risk behaviors (e.g. smoking), mental health, coping, and social support. LITE Plus also collects clinical measures (e.g. height, weight, waist circumference, and blood pressure), salivary measures of cortisol, and blood samples.

Eligibility:
18 years or older
Assigned male sex at birth
Identifies as a woman or along the trans feminine spectrum
Identifies as Black, Latina, and/or multi-racial (inclusive of Black or Latina)
Resides in or around Boston or Washington D.C.
Speaks and understands English or Spanish
